About Us

“Vipassana is an ideal place for every person who is looking for personal development and rest from anxieties of modern life”

Vipassana, is "to see things as they really are," an ancient meditation technique rediscovered by Gautam Buddha over 2500 years ago. It promotes self-transformation through self-observation, focusing on the mind-body connection by disciplined attention to physical sensations. This practice aims to eradicate mental impurities, leading to liberation and a balanced mind full of love and compassion.
